These terms constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and MYKEVINMURPHY (as defined below) governing your access to and use of the MYKEVINMURPHY website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which MYKEVINMURPHY makes its services available (collectively, “Site”), our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and payments (including but not to direct debit, FPX, credit, debit, recurring subscriptions, and other forms of transactional and stored value payments), processing and associated items, and all associated services (collectively, “MYKEVINMURPHY services”). The Site, Application and MYKEVINMURPHY Services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “MYKEVINMURPHY”.

End Consumer must fill in Salon and Stylist they visited during checkout. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the MYKEVINMURPHY is described in our Privacy Policy.
