Please note: These terms contain an  arbitration clause and class action waiver that applies to all  MYKEVINMURPHY Users and Members. It affects how disputes with  MYKEVINMURPHY are resolved. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between  you and MYKEVINMURPHY (as defined below) governing your access to and  use of the MYKEVINMURPHY website, including any subdomains thereof,  and any other websites through which MYKEVINMURPHY makes its services  available (collectively, “Site”), our mobile, tablet and other smart device  applications, and payments (including but not to direct debit, FPX, credit,  debit, recurring subscriptions, and other forms of transactional and stored  value payments), processing and associated items, and all associated  services (collectively, “MYKEVINMURPHY services”). The Site, Application  and MYKEVINMURPHY Services together are hereinafter collectively referred  to as the “MYKEVINMURPHY”. 

Collectively the use of the term “MYKEVINMURPHY” may be used  interchangeably within this document to denote any or all parts of our  website, mobile applications, other services and access points, or the  platform and should be viewed as such. 

Our Privacy Policy, and other policies applicable to your use of the  MYKEVINMURPHY are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. 

When these terms mention “MYKEVINMURPHY,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it  refers to the MYKEVINMURPHY company you are contracting with. Your  contracting entity will generally be determined based on your country of  residence or establishment. 

End Consumer must fill in Salon and Stylist they visited during  checkout. Our collection and use of personal information in connection  with your access to and use of the MYKEVINMURPHY is described in our  Privacy Policy. 

This set of Terms and Conditions will help you understand how  MYKEVINMURPHY operates in serving you.

Return and Refund Policy

MYKEVINMURPHY reserves the right to modify the policy at any time  without prior notice. Please ensure that you have read through our terms &  conditions to avoid any misunderstandings. 

We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges for: 

  • Change of mind / interest 
  • Errors you have made in your order 

It is the responsibility of customers who purchase our products to check  the quantity and quality of their delivered order upon receiving it from our  third-party logistics provider. Any discrepancies should be reported within 5  working days from the date of delivery. 

We will only allow refunds for: 

  1. Delivery Discrepancies 
  • Failure of our third-party logistics partner to fulfil the order Order is not delivered as per scheduled delivery date 
  • Order is cancelled due to extenuating factors from MYKEVINMURPHY (e.g. peak periods) 
  • Incorrect Order Quantity 

There are missing items in the order

* Please send along all the proof of discrepancy / photo and below info to [email protected]

– Bank Name 

– Bank account number 

– Bank registered account holder name 

we will credit to your account within 3-5 working days 

We will only allow exchanges for: 

  1. Delivery Discrepancies 
  • Wrong product(s) delivered 

Kindly drop us an email ([email protected]) & attach clear snapshots of  the hard copy invoice & all products received. We will arrange a courier to  retrieve the order at your convenient date & time after we have verified  your case. 

Note: You will be required to return the goods in the same condition as  delivered to you. We will not accept returned goods that show any signs of  usage or damage. 

  • Delivery of Defective Products 
  • Product received is of unsatisfactory quality / has a manufacturing  defectKindly drop us an email ([email protected]) & attach clear 

snapshots of hard copy invoice, nature of defect & product batch  code. 

Note: You will be required to return the goods by depositing the defective  product to our company. We will not accept returned goods that are almost  empty. If you are unable to return the goods (empty or already thrown out),  no product exchange will be rendered.
