Customers may place an order on our website. The process for placing an order is as follows:

- Check your cart
- Provide your personal details
- Confirm order
- Make payment with preferred payment method
- Check personal details again
- Order will be delivered to you
Customers are able to see the different stages of the order details and the total price and may correct any errors before confirming his/her order. Payment for the price of the products makes the order final and no amendment of the order may be entertained by or taken into consideration thereafter. Dr.Scalp reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order with terms and conditions applicable.

We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges for:Â

- Errors you have made in your orderÂ
It is the responsibility of customers who purchase our products to check  the quantity and quality of their delivered order upon receiving it from our  third-party logistics provider. Any discrepancies should be reported within 5  working days from the date of delivery.Â
We will only allow refunds for:Â
- Delivery DiscrepanciesÂ
- Failure of our third-party logistics partner to fulfil the order • Order is not delivered as per scheduled delivery dateÂ
- Order is cancelled due to extenuating factors from MYKEVINMURPHY (e.g. peak periods)Â
- Incorrect Order Quantity
- There are missing items in the order
